USA Science & Engineering Festival
Washington D.C., US 2014
PBAI presented a collection of works from the Hylozoic Ground Collaboration at the 2014 USA Science and Engineering Festival, Washington D.C. The festival highlights the works of American and International thought-leaders within the fields of science, technology, engineering and math, and showcases scientific advancements that aim to inspire future innovators.
PBAI’s exhibit explores the creative possibilities of interdisciplinary research that combines new technologies, engineering and architecture. Selections of interactive breathing pores come alive responding to passers-by through embedded sensors, triggering a series of LED lights and protocell generation housed in embedded flasks. The exhibit was presented at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington DC , April 25-27, 2014
